Evil Sailor Chibi Moon

I must say I absolutely love this.
The colors are beautifully arranged in an array of perfectly blended gradients.
I love how it gives her a likeness to Black Lady why still retaining her child-like apperance. As a matter of fact, it looks almost vampiric. An interestingly gothic spin on an otherwise bright character.
The background is a tad bit dull, but the roses are unique with the splashes. The minimizing opacity levels in the swirls give an elegant feel to the image.
The hair is quite lovely, portraying very smooth movement in an otherwise stationary image, especially in the odangos.
Overall I love the wonders detail in this image, it's actually a better design for Black Lady than her current one.
